Sandos Playacar All Inclusive (Adults Only) Playa del Carmen

Liked our stay, had special 5 days overall...

The venue was fairly clean and huge. The rooms were both impressive, brand-new, complete with chocolate covered strawberries and bunk beds with 3 kids.

Great choice for christmas. By and large, it was ideal base for sightseeing in Playa del Carmen, had much fun. We enjoyed a la carte restaurant for breakfast & lunch. The view of the beach it had was glorious!

Everything was simply good. It was a great base for a holiday. Booked a room with bunk beds.

Room was very specious, luxurious, I was pleased. They made my stay good. I had access to complimentary parking, nice pool. Complimentary drinks, reliable wifi were a nice surprise.

The whole hotel was overall clean and the staff was warm hearted. With early check-in and late check-out, this venue was cute.

My experience at this traditional hotel was decent. I loved picturesque location, well-kept rooms and sweet staff. Speedy check-in and top-notch customer service.

Staying here for short stay was very positive, totally recommendable. Excellent style, clean, LOVELY location. The room I got was silent and silent. Downstairs bar was executive. The pool was brilliant and the views were romantic.

Fancy hotel, gorgeous rooms, easy location. Excellent view of lake. Hassle-free check in & the service was brilliant. Complementary house wines, tea and coffee in the main bar, easy free parking place.

breakfast was more than adequate and staff were patient. service was exceptional in the shopping hotel. what's more, the parking on-site was a nice bonus. we really enjoyed our stay there, it was outstanding.

The property was tidy and pristine, had first class rooms and food. My room included air conditioner and hairdryer. Wonderful lobby.

The rooms were good standard, the staff was accommodating, the breakfast was complimentary. Greatly enjoyed air conditioning, Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV in the room. Unforgettable experience there.

Spotless, nice size room and favourable location. The staff is hard working, they ensure you have a very comfortable time here. All in all it's tidy place, they have extra comfy beds. Special service within 0.5 miles of the airport...

We had 7 nights in Playa del Carmen, it was a LOVELY experience. If you like the beach area, then it would be a superb base for you. Magnificent restaurant near to the hotel. In fact, the free WiFi was a cherry on top. It deserves its 5 stars.

Would recommend this resort. The reason we greatly enjoyed it was beautiful the food and staff. Hotel's manager helped us a lot! There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like El Bamboo, set within 15 minutes walk or so.
